I had 17 in the front yard late last week. There was 1 nice long beard and 4 jakes. The rest were hens. Can't wait till opening day.

Just squeezed into a half year membership at a camp of around 1700 acres and NOBODY turkey hunts it. 300$. I will start looking and listening this weekend.

Is anybody scouting for turkeys yet...pffff...what da hail kinda question is that!

I don't turkey hunt but the last weekend of deer season i saw 32 turkeys traveling ahead of me while i was in my stand. they were almost in a straight line. i just started counting as they went by, i see them every year just not so many. i wish i knew how to turkey hunt like i know how to deer hunt!!!

I have seen a ton of birds and will comence to killing on the opener. I scout on the opeaner with a call and a gun... just go to the turkey woods it's where they live
I like yankees... as long as they keep their gas tanks full and cars headed north.
