I would never recommend anything made by ROCKY. We have had them available in our uniforms for years. They have nearly ruined my feet. Suffered from plantar faciitis (sp) for over 1.5 years after changing. Still have problems to this day. Their leather boots are awful. I have a pair of ROCKY Snakeboots that I have tried to like, but just can't. They do not wear well around the ankles. Several others that I know who have them have said the same thing. The Lacrosse snakeboot is more comfortable and better when it comes to water repellancy too.

Lacrosse LaGrange, which is an uninsulated green rubber boot, are prettygood, but get pretty hot to me in direct sun (as does most any rubber boot. The Alpha Burly-uninsulated is much better and not as hot in direct sun IMO.
