Tree Removal Service

Postby Woodduckdawg » Fri Jan 18, 2008 2:50 pm

Anyone know any good, affordable tree removal people around the Rez area? Need to get rid of a pine tree that fell last week during the storms.
If it doesn't work out there will never be any doubt that the pleasure was worth all the pain.

Tree service...

Postby sh00ter » Fri Jan 18, 2008 8:30 pm

I called a guy in the tree business about doing some clearing on the lot I'm building my house on. My landscape architect recommended him. After looking at what I needed done, he said that I could find someone to do it by hand less that what he would charge for his equipment & labor. It wasn't a big job. Anyway, I was impressed that he told me that & cost himself the business.

His last name is Barber & I think his business is called Tree Barber or something similar. He's in Byram or S. Jackson...you can find him in the phone book. Most of those type businesses are "fly by night" deals, but this guy has been around a long time & I would gladly do business with him.
