My @ss h@le is really thanking me right now. Been trying to go for records but I got to invest in some new TP. Thinking about the kind with Aloe Vera in it.

Flushable wet wipes is all you need. Trust me, sounds funny, but highly worth it.

says I am 17.8 pounds over weight. says Ineed to be between 182 and 200. so I am shooting for 180 still. Me and my wife weighed in last night and are statring today. No gym but have plenty of stuff for exercise around the house. I used to take jogs through the woods withmy dogs. Might start doing that again. After deer season. We have cut back and are eating smaller portions.

Everyone thinks yoga is easy. Not so much. It takes a lot of strength and not the meathead buff guy muscle either. I started going with my wife last spring about once a week. You feel so much better after an hour session. If you're tense the stress will be gone. Everyone should try it. I laughed at my roommate in college for doing yoga. Called him up after I started and apologized.

The wife and I decided to run the Chicago Marathon as our New Year's resolution. That should help get us back in shape even better. Another was to work extra hard to one of our vehicles paid off by the end of the year.

And champcaller is right. The Lakeland Courthouse in Flowood is so packed at night you can't stir them with a stick. In December there were maybe 6 people in the weight room at any given time. Now you can't get on a machine or bench without having to wait. And good lord there are some scary fat people in that place!!!!!

Im down 8 so far, and mainly from just changing my diet. I have hit the gym about every 2-3 days for the past 2 weeks just trying to get a routine going but i believe changing my diet has had the most effect.

The Lakeland Courthouse gym was packed again last night. I seen one poor black woman holding a 10lb medicine ball up over her head walking up and down the stairs. I thought she was really gonna die. First time I've ever seen a black person turn pale.

My exercise doesn't start until the first of February when we start training for the marathon. Until then I'm eating whatever I want.

That's a great goal. Are y'all participating in a training club/program or winging it?

http://www.marathonmakeover.com Start training in February and run the marathon in October. Posted this up a few weeks ago on here but didn't get any takers. You don't run non-stop for 26.2 miles. Just run a little while and walk a little while. There are some hefty folks that run in the marathon so it's open to everyone.

Heck of a program...I've known several participants older and heavier than y'all that have completed it several times. Y'all will do fine, no problem. Not my cup of tea, but for the right price I'll pedal (or drive) behind y'all and yell encouragements with a bullhorn RUN! @#$% RUN!@#$% Good luck and keep us posted!
