Here's what I know...........ain't no ducks worth a chit just west of Yazoo City. Had a few nice big ducks during that cold snap, but not since.

Just South of Crowder: Got a few good lookin' mallard groups hanging around. Saw very few ducks moving.

Now, who the hell does that above info. hurt??

And for the record....Ain't no one killin' chit worth mentioning in the whole GD state. North Delta did good during the cold snap. All ya gotta do is look at the WMA reports on MWFP board.

It's a public forum about Duck hunting which ususally takes place on either public or private land. People can say what they want as long as it is not illegal or defames someone. The only rules that matter on this board are by the admin who is Micha. If someone wants to tell the world about their quality spot so be it especially on public land cause it is just that PUBLIC. However, they should not cry when 15 trucks from Bammer and SC show up in the parking lot and stay for a week skyblasting sparrows and crows. If you don't like the headaches associated with public do like Dave Ramsey says and get a 2nd or 3rd job delivering pizza and get a lease. If you do like it be prepared for other folks who may or may not care if you have a good hunt. It is pretty simple. I mean the state puts out maps for all the WMA's. But they don't tell where the good spots are. If you find one and want to blab it more power too you just learn the words to "Sweet Home Alabama" so you can fit in with your new hunting partners

I knew you would think that(most of it anyway ) 48. Wife. 2daughters(one adopted from China) Dredge ship mate. 12 hour watches and in port=LOTS of 'puter time. Spend WAY to much time in port! At home just get on once a day if lucky late at night as I have 3 gals i'd have to fight for time! 5'8" 195lbs. (old,fat, AND white) Dark hair that is getting peppered with grey and a grey w/brown beard. A little dark as my dad is of Sicilian extraction! Mom's a white girl! Bud Light is beer of choice as I am a fat boy! LSU is pretty good and the Saints suck! I was at the first ever reg. season game(we lost to L.A. Rams ) but have been a suffering fan since. It's CRAWFISH not crayfish down there! Not tough at all but a lover!

Well it looks like I am never going to make it as a detective. I was only close on the heighth. As for me... I am 5'11, 175 with brown hair that I have less of everyday. I am 31 and have a landscape business in Hattiesburg that I have been fooling with since I was 12. It got a little bigger every year and by the time I graduated from USM, was doing better than I would have done with using my teaching and coaching degree, so I just kept doing it. I do coach basketball at Columbia Academy, where I coach the high school girls and high school boys teams, I just don't teach. I have never hunted public land except for a two year stint at the res., so you won't catch me spilling the beans about public holes. I would rather work a extra few(many) hours in the summer and not have to deal with all the stresses of hunting public land, which are all well documented on here. I don't have any kids, due primarily for having traded my left nut in a deal that I realize now was not worth it. I was looking at buying some land in Bolivar county and asked for some info on msducks about the general duck hunting in the area, and was required to trade my left nut for the info ( i think they thought i was hunting public land ) I do have a sweet girlfriend that i have been dating for bout 4 years now and will probably marry soon if she doesnt dump me about the boat i am buying this weekend or the land i am going to look at while i am in the delta this weekend. Always looking to meet a fellow ducker, esp. someone that would be interested in trading hunts or just gen. info bout where the ducks are. ( you know that phone call you make after a crappy hunt to see if anybody else is seeing anything..)
