For those procrastinators and OOS'ers in the crowd who wait until 6 hours before the hunt to try to find their Federal Stamp, or for those of us who don't want to drive to every podunk Post Office in a 30 mile radius to see if they have stamps.

Fed man says you can sign the receipt and hunt with it.

Fed man saw my electronic reciept, and did not bat an eye early this season. Stamp comes in the mail in a couple days. YMMV.

Gulf coast- does this mean you are a procrastinator who doesn't want to drive to every podunk post office lookin for stamps? :lol:

No, your Honor. I am a dumbarse who lost that cool plastic liscence with stamp #1, and had to get a stamp ASAP for his paper back up version at 8:00 pm in the delta before hunting the next day! :wink:

Reason I posted that link is because I got called at 8:40 last night by an outfitter. He had 4 guys at Walmart that had been trying to get licenses for a while. The employees there didn't know what a Federal stamp was, so I found the link on the puter. You can't trust Walmart to sell you what you need. Remember that.

the paper version comes in the mail pdq after you order. worked good for me this year. Got mine early, just saved a trip to the PO, thats all. Maybe Miss will offer it next year?
