Cane 22 or Messed UP

I am curious about the band info onthose woodies .... were they banded here in MS or from another state ..... i killed one a few years back that was banded in Jackson and killed in Jackson and alot of people think woodrows dont go too far ...... just curious

One of my friends killed a banded woodie last year over here in Franklin county Alabama. It was banded in Minnesota so he did a little traveling.

My son killed a banded wood duck in Simpson county & it was banded in Waverly, TN.

The wood duck we killed last weekend was banded in North Dakota, so yes it did some traveling.

Killed one in Big Creek that was banded in Ohio.. :shock:

My son killed one last year in MS and it came from Canada. So they get around...

The wood duck was banded in Iowa in 2005 and hatched in 2004 or earlier. So he's been a few places.
