LOST MY LEASE

IP cancelled our lease effective 8:00 this morning. It's hard to believe they would do that right after we planted tons of plots and made everything really nice. That is the breaks I suppose. We have been on a strict management plan and the bucks are getting to the size we wanted and now this. :twisted:

This was mainly deer and turkeys

I know it's late but I am looking for a spot preferably in western MS. I know it's a long shot but if anyone knows of anything, please let me know. Thanks Gentlemen

No dice on a lease Jimbo but i gots some guest hunts with your name on em if you want them. Beer drinkin will be mandatory. Of course you will have to sign a waiver... :D

It has happened to me before in a previous camp. Sucks know how you feel.

Why did they cancel the lease.???????.....sounds like we need to get some fellow MSDuckers and run a covert hunt....and wack and stack every buck we see

They are trying to sell it and the people looking at it don't want a lease on it. IP says it will look for attractive without a lease on it. We have 30 days to get out chit off the property. :evil: :evil: :evil:

I like your thinking... :D.....Tell IP that you want money from planting all the plots and see what they say. threaten them a little. nobody likes to get sued.

Law dog is right. Re read your lease agreement. But i have heard of them compensating food plot expenses for a canceled lease prior to deer season. Worth a try anyway. Cant get back all the hard work but maybe a little moola.

If you don't get any compensation for the plots then I'd go back when getting all you stuff out and round-up em so nobody else could hunt em.

You've got a month...just to get your stuff off??? or can you hunt for the next month??? Y'all could do some SERIOUS deer thinnin' in the next month.

No hunting effective this morning at 8. Got 30 days to get the goods off the land.
