Denduke, why don't you go and voice your opinion? Public outcry has changed many a set plan. Don't believe me, look at Grenada Lake. The biologists recommended a 15 fish creel on crappie to maintain the resource. The folks that showed up were very against it. Commission didn't accept the new limit.

Not the same thing as dealing with the draw, but complaining on the internet will get zilch done. Go to Mahannah and tell them what you think will work.

Better to have 100, 200, 300 Mahannah hunting veterans voicing their opinions than 6 guys who probably don't hunt there.

There has been a lot of that. It's too late. Done deal. They're just gonna go through the motions at the meeting. Cape Jones will probably be there he'll represent us down here. Just like court...."Fella we've already been over that, let's move on..."

We went through this shat last year when they made Bogue Homa a draw. The lake man. was very outspoken and the draw ended up a joke. It was an attempt to glorify a meager duck spot for the appearance of something more. Con job, at the locals expense. It's drained now so phooy...Couldn't believe Delta boys wanted to mess with our lil hill gig. But they did and there ain't nobody for them to answer too. Loose cannons.

You're right no since tryin here. I found that out over at MDWFP; nobody of any importance is listening. We all sent emails/letters. There just needs to be some leadership up in Jackson step up and stop this kinda crap. They ain't gonna back up or admit misstakes so to heck with ya'll.

Once you see it you'll ROFLYAO. Holes 14-18 are ditches back east of the H'dqrs.....Baaawwawaaaa. Poor slobs been working on this hard, still a sad joke. Gonna jack a lotta people around up there this year tryin to be stylish. I'm just tryin to have some fun with this 'cuz I gave up on you clowns last year and watchin what you're gonna screw up next.

My grass carp crusade ended with bowfishin them outa the lakes now. :roll:

Well you messing with the right boy. I made that clip. Trust me that ain't what started this thing the wreck was the straw the broke the camels back. But from GOOD source DR Sam has been looking into making this move for 3 years mocking it after a place HE hunts in MO. That's was one of the reasons for the DU work up there couple of years ago. Ya'll can thank the Clarion Ledger for the advertising that swamped the place last year for the beginning of the season. That place has NEVER seen that many people at one time.But it is what it is put your name in the hat or hunt elsewhere. If i don't get drawn i know where i'll be in my boat when they start shooting. :wink:

Impeach Sam Pooles! He musta been up in MO. back when they wanted to screw the field trials up! Makes since now the top dog is the "visionary". :roll:

It'll be long time before Haley's boy leaves that position. Hope public duck hunting survives after his reign.

Heck let's make them all refuges. Let PETA types contribute the revenues to presever the resource. They're killing man days every year, anyway. Go to Howard Miller spin some wheels over there. Oops, they ain't planting it till next year?

Lotta extra space in the map too, huh? Ducks gonna be landing all over; they might not get to your boat on the byou after shooting starts... :lol:

Hey people!!! Anybody that is interested in this deal has got the info on the draw and the map. It's public stuff. We were worried they didn't know what the were doing and was waiting on the scheme/map. Well, hole 14-18 are out on Flowerey Road! :roll:

When all this started (it started for us last year over Bogue Homa) I figured the good ole boys at MsDucks would get together and stop this draw. But, respected members from here recommended the change and lotta members were for it. Well shut my mouth!

I posted the lil map to get some more eyes on it (cuz of the public area secrecy, bla, bla). I didn't wanta start nothin. Wingman's post made me feel like the heavey so I got cute with him. I harbour no ill feeling with any of you, hope the same, and will try not to make any more wisecracks about this and the Game Dept........maybe......I'm too old to worry about what you youngins think about me on anything. The Mahannah deal was perfect for me now it ain't. Not a lotta field deals public.

I still can't picture myself pulling up behind 30+ trucks at a place expect a good hunt. :roll:

There are some issues with their scheme and some of you locals up there oughta go Oct 31. I can't...

All you gotta do is email those waterfowl guys, Brunke, etc. to get the scoop/map...Or, like Baddawg said wait a few days and it'll be in the Clarion Ledger or Ms Game & Fish Magazine....The emaile map is huge so you might wanta shrink it in Windows Paint.....Or I can post the map w/internet police authorization...DL
