Sounds like the making of good outdoor reality tv programming.

It only takes one horror GW story too give you guys a bad rap for the most part all of the GW's I have met have been nice guys a couple could have benifited from a Dale Carnegie course... :D Like the one who cks your boat and throws the stuff on the bank and say have a nice day that was in TN tho heh tough job never the less

I also have a question If your doves do fall in the water its wanton waste if they are counted as part of your limit and ya wait till they float to the bank so ya dont have to swim?

Wingman, I have been checked many times. You, by far, were the most pleasant GW I have ever dealt with. You were courteous with me and the woman with the 22 and global warming ruining my dove hunt complaint. Next time, ticket duckbum just for being there :D He stunk and was scaring my doves.

Wingman - what is the preferred protocol here?

I assume is fastest and easiest if we all unload our firearms, dig our liscenses, and just sit on our dove buckets why you work your away around the field?

Believe it or not thats what i do. he's got a job to do, my birds can and will wait. the faster he gets through with me the faster i can go back to hunting.

As far as GW, i've never had a problem with one. I may ask them some stupid questions, Wingman can attest to that, Thanks, but as far as being legit, i'm to broke to screw up and get a ticket.

Knowing the person your fixin to check has a loaded gun and may be upset takes balls. theres a bunch of crazy folks out there.

Hey Wingman I appreciate everything you do and maybe next time you should just spend your time writing tickets instead of being such a nice guy. One thing to always remember about a game warden - everyone he checks has a gun - and no one knows when someone is willing to use it.

Thank you and keep up the great work.
