Federal Migratory Bird Laws

Duckwarden,
A few years back at my camp my father, a former member of the flyway council and an attorney got concerned about the pos. limit and our camp. He went to the federal wardens and asked where he could find the law regarding pos. limits. They did their best to find the federal reg but he wound up in the federal law library. What he found was a guideline for "Migratory Game Bird Preservation Facilities(section 20.81, 20.82, 20.83)And we printed up cards to attach to freezer bags that would contian all the needed information.
Thing was that none of our local Federal or State officials had ever heard of that part of the law, and the only place it could be found was in the Federal Guidlines that are not part of any information given out to the hunting public.
How many folks,I wonder, even know about this law?
