although...
2207 an acre prob aint too bad,whats swampland going for out yalls way

Prices are driven up by people from other countries readily buying delta land as an investment. Everyday land is lost to germans, dutch, french, ect. We may not want to pay 2k and acre but someone over the big muddy will pay that much in a hurry.

I'll save you some money, I've got approximately 740 acres broken into two tracts (292 and 450) that I will sell you for $1,800.

Heck, I'm saving you $300k right off. :wink:

BTW....this is in the Delta too and not yet in WRP.
