New to the Duck World

Ok...Someone gave me some ducks. What do I do with them??

stuff em up with that same ground sausage, cover em in butter and bake at 350 for bout an hour to an hour and a half. I will give you some more, and show you how to grill up the best duck breast you ever had when we close out smoke pole season that thurs. night.
