I had something similar happen to me at Sevier Outdoors in Vicksburg. I wrote a letter and sent it to Honda, Yamaha, Stihl, Mayor, BBB, Attorney Gen. Out of all the letters I sent, Jim Hood's office is the only one that took it serious and he has a dept. that he sent it to and they called me and got some more info. and was going to do some investigating. He told me that just my complaint would not do much, but if he received others that it would justify action against his business. If you know of anyone else that has had bad dealings with them, ya'll all write letters to the Att. Gen office and I bet you will be surprised.

He probably wouldn't need a document to prove he got screwed, just bring the other baker's dozen of guys that got the shaft in the past and they can state their case. This would reveal a pattern of bad business.
