PRIVATE LAND OR LEASED PROPERTY?

TO EVERYONE ON MSDUCK FORUM I AM PROPOSING A QUESTION? . DO YOU HUNT PRIVATE LAND OR ARE IN A CLUB IN THE MISSISSIPPI DELTA OUR ELSEWHERE IN MISSISSIPPI? I HUNT SOME PRIVATE LAND, BUT MOSTLY HUNT PUBLIC PLACES. I AM JUST CURIOUS OVER THE YEAR HOW MUCH PUBLIC HUNTING IS GOING ON. I THINK MOST PEOPLE HAVE EITHER PURCHASED LAND OR IN A CLUB. I JUST HAVE NOT SEEN THE NUMBER OF DUCKS ON TIPPO IN THE LAST THREE TO FOUR YEARS. IT SEEMS MOST HUNTERS DONT HUNT OUT OF BOATS ANY MORE THEY ARE GEARED UP TO HUNT FIELDS USING FOUR WHEELERS. THIS IS ONLY MY OBSERVATION. ANY OTHER OPINIONS.

New to duck hunting and hunt the southern part of the Sunflower WMA. Would like to get into a club so if anyone in the Vicksburg area knows of one I can join, drop me a line either in PM or e-mail. I have only been living in Vicksburg for 2 1/2 years now and still do not know anyone, with the exception of the guys I work with and they only deer hunt.

Yea, I am asking about the private lease/club, but over the past year all the ones I called wanted $3000 and up to join the club.
