i know where you are coming from being new to duck hunting in Ms. I have some GPS coordinates that might help you out. Of course, I am not going to give you a honey hole or anything, but this land held a lot of ducks last season.

32 degrees, 17 minutes, North; 90 degrees, 1 minute West.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and help the guy out.....buddy, if you want public land ducks, go to Mahannah....SE corner, all throughout the corn field.....Im telling you, more ducks than you can shake your wanker at.....just get there early.....people know there are ducks there, but you can kill all the mallards you want if you do it right....Mahannah is where its at.... :D

Yeah and most of those posts are telling others that they're internet scouting is pointless.

Actually, last year was not very good, in the Delta either, because of the same reasons that yours wasn't good. Climate, migration, overcrowding, etc. I fear that moving across MS won't solve the problem. Hope I am wrong and this year is great.

Welcome and GOOD LUCK.

Mahannah is a GREAT spot. Oops you have to land a draw spot, but put in 8 or 10 times for it. That way you are sure to get a spot. Mahannah does have ducks, seriously but we aren't supposed to say that here in public. We might let out a secret.   Just promise not to tell anybody.
