Ole miss baseball
On the other hand I have to give it to the Ole miss baseball team. That coach has consistantly found good kids to put together. Those Henry boys are really something special aren't they. Good kids, never in trouble and incredibly talented ballplayers. How many freshmen in the SEC are batting over .300 this late in the season. Jordan Henry is and making solid plays all over the outfield which isn't even his natural position. He graduated High school a short stop. Cudos to that coach, whatever his name is for developing such a solid roster.

I can think of one that's batting around .420, so once again

Glad to see you come out of the nest again Bob

that will come with time.... im no ole miss fan but i must give them credit where its due, they had created a program out of a avg. sec team, he has done a remarkable job of gettin oxford on the map in the spring time(not that its on the map in the fall ( sorry i had to)) for something other than a tennis regional.... great job to everyone up there, and i do think that him winnin the big game will come with time, not sure about this year, to me, it depends on the bullpen and some key mid week starters steppin up to pitch them out of the losers bracket if they get there........
If it wasn't for bad luck then i would have no luck at all........

I was just praising a coach who works to find quality kids that can play over stupendous atheletes who are team killers. You Rebs have another great kid coming next year from the river city. Tyler Wells is a fantastic kid who can run in the vicinity of a 4.3 40 and hit the ball 450 feet easily. He has played just about every position on the diamond too so there is something to look forward to there for you guys. I know our local coaches are SEC Fans but geez I would love to see some of these kids head south down to eagle country.
My point about the batting average is that the kid is a special athlete. You make my point when you say you can only think of one other freshman with a higher average. As a coach I could live with .393 and 1 error from a freshman who has played in every one of my 50 games.
