chimay is illegal here in miss..

it falls into that grey area.. its too stong to be classified as a beer.

at least by the abc here in miss... shame to cause its good stuff no doubt.

the belgains know a thing or two about beer production.

I am assuming i can cross the river this weekend and get some in LA?

And it really is a great beer.
I found that when I was in Chicago last year.

Most of my brewing equip. is "home made" or assembled. Currently, I use the pot that came with my turkey fryer to brew. I am in the process of upgrading to a tier system with keggles (an old keg with plumbing put in it and a hole cut in the top) so that I can make larger batches at a time. The fermenters are store bought.

Have any of you tried any beer from Terrapin Beer Co., Athens, Ga.
Their Rye Pale Ale is some fine stuff.
