Anyone hunting near rolling fork ?

Im hunting near rolling fork and onward on 61 highway. Anyone killing any ducks down there ?

Ducks are few and far between right now in the south delta. A few clubs are killing some ducks, however the majority are having really slow starts to the year. Hopefully the cold weather north of us will push down a few more mallards.

Went to our place opening weekend. Like mille said the ducks are few.
Had lots of geese though.

Talked to a friend of mine a few minutes ago. He said he saw thousands of ducks south of Onward, MS. Crane Lake Duck Camp in Onward also had some ducks. First two weekends were fair at best. I have also heard there are a lot of ducks just north of Hollandale.

I hunt about 10 min. south of Onward and we've been doing pretty fair. Haven't killed ducks every time but seen alot of ducks flying. We killed a 3 man limit opening day and killed 10 last weekend. Maybe this cold spell will push a good number of ducks our way.
