YEAH they are here if your will to look. These came from a new place that was found just this year and it is one pretty cyprus slough.

Sorry I can't tell you where it is cause I would have to kill you if I did. hehehe

Nice pics Duckmen. You oughta know better than to post pics like that. You just gave away your secret spot with that last pic...evryone can see the background and tell that you are in THE DELTA...hah! Glad you have been busting them.

Nice pics, Dan!

I like to see all those greenheads!

Just wait till I get my pics back though! I can match ya click for click for Fri, Sat, Sun :D Dunno how I can host them without your help, though  Best first 5 days in years and years.

I know 4 of the other MSDUCKS boys had full straps Saturday, too. I watched 'em cleaning the ducks!

Does not look like I will be killing any this week sitting in depos, though.

Nice group of birds and the sign was pretty cool too Duckmen. Things at our club have been a bit slow since the opener. If they don't pick up I'll be hunting a few old public stomping grounds this weekend.

Great pic. Have hunted ducks twice with limits each time. Could be the beginning of a great season? Sure hope these fronts keep it up! Every mallard I have shot so far has been an adult bird, are y'all seeing the same thing?

Double R, you just brought up a point that I am really worried about. All the greenheads you have killed are adults(mature). I haven't killed a young mallard yet. I hope that they are coming later. If not, that just proves we aren't raising enough hatchlings to keep up with kill numbers.

Nice pics! SCOUTING PAYS OFF!

Guys the Greenheads I killed this weekend were mixed young and Old. There was only a couple that were real Magnums, the others were first or second year birds. What you need to understand is that it is the older birds that have already migrated a year or two that teach the younger birds. Your going to take many older birds early until the main flocks start down.

Duck Nawteek where the hell ya been. We are wacking ducks and you and Redhead are wacking something else. (go figure).
Won't be up there this weekend I have a couple other places to chase down and had a report near Midnight that I have just got to go check out.
Found quite a few new places for us all to try until the Rice draws them in. Number 6 hole was good this past weekend from what I hear but Fish and Cutter couldn't hit a thing. Hope the cutter is better with a knife than a shotgun  (Chill Doc I'm yanking your chain).
You boys have a good shoot this weekend and TAKE PICTURES EACH DAY!!!!!
Duckhunt4 and I will be doing the leg work and finding us a hot place till the big flights get here.

Dan, looks like you are over the posession limit..... hope you roasted a couple of them between hunts...
Sometimes you just have to close your eyes, count to ten, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you wouldn't look good in prison stripes... and just smile at that dumbass and walk away.
