i've had it!!!

guys, i had all my stuff stolen outta my truck yesterday...gun, clothes, calls, everything...got in from a long weekend sunday and was so tired i just left my stuff locked in my truck...got up monday w/ my roomate and went outside to get the paper and opened my truck to see what i was taking out and what was staying in as i was going to my parents house for the week...went back inside (forgetting to lock my truck, but heck, it's broad daylight, and i'm coming right back out to load it)....was inside on this site seeing who did what and walked back outside to find everything gone...from my driveway, at 9:30...i was inside bout 1.5 hrs...none of my neighbors saw anything, they were all at work...so that narrows the window even more...i was so mad i drove around w/ a bat thinkng they can't be far but saw nothing (not saying it was smart but i was not thinking straight)...i know i left my door unlocked but jeez...i grew up in a small town and i swear as soon as i can i'm leaving this hellhole called jackson behind...i know this stuff happens everywhere nowadays, but i'll take the small town and it's problems anyday...pissed off in jackson....gator

Welcome to Jackson, the $#!+ of Mississippi. Grew up in Jackson, got shot twice with a 9mm in Jackson and now live in Cleveland, a beautiful small town in the wonderful delta. Get out fast as you can. Good luck on finding your stuff. :evil:

Be glad it was only a 9mm, not much to a 9mm cause I have had worse than that in my eye. :shock:

If you are in a hurry to get back to Cleveland, MS where it is "safe" You just have not lived there long enough. I will take the sourrounding towns in Jackson opposed to Cleveland and the such anyday. And yes I know that of which I speak I lived in Greenville for 23 years.

good luck on your recovery....... you done right by wanting to beat his head in with a bat {or better yet, a boat paddle} kinda hate a thief in the worst way..... check on neighbors and as bad as i hate to say it: friends..... broad open daylight, they had an excuse if they was caught.....
