I got a buddy with a 300 win mag barrel for $200. All you would need then is a reciever. Look on gunbroker.com and gunsamerica.com. They got new/used/custom and all sorts of Thompson Center related stuff as well as anything else firearms related you might be looking for.

I was given an Encore muzzleloader for a favor. If I want a centerfire rifle barrel, I will have to buy the barrel and new forearm to fit won't I?

I spent 450 on one used with the 50 cal 209 barrel.
So i gould guess some where around that.
