WRP and CRP in jeopardy

The CRP program, combined with wet weather in the breeding grounds, are primarily responsible for the resurgence of the duck populations during the 90s. Not sure exactly whether the threat of termination of the programs is serious, but it sure would not hurt for us to voice our opinions to our congressmen.
