At your age, you are going to catch all kinds of heck blowing a call like that because it takes so much air. The Primos Yo Sista timber and Phat Lady open water are good calls, but they take air, alot of air.

I would suggest a Grover Knoll acrylic single reed as top of list. Second, is a Greg Hood acrylic single reed. For a local call maker, he's better than most. Third, is the Echo double reed made of diamond wood and acrylic. This is the only double reed call I've found to "ring" like a single reed. And at $80 it cost less than 1/2 of a custom Grover Knoll.
Remember to use your diaphram to control the volume of air you blow, not your lungs.
