bullsprig,
I have a freind in Florence who has a Teflon based weapons coating that he does for govnt. agencies and civilians, he just doesn't advertise (he doesn't have to, beleive me). The coating comes in matte black and olive drab green. He can do solid colors or mix/match different parts in both colors to give it a two-tone look. I have some of my guns done and it breaks up real nicely. It's not camo but it does have advantages. It's moisture resistant, rust resistant, and self lubricating. The finish has been tested in advance of 4,000 hours in salt water exposure with no flaws or breakdowns. Each individual part is finished in the weapon except the bore. He has a small operation, so it's probably to late to have it done before season opens. If you, or anyone else is interested, send me a PM or e-mail (smyrick.@netdoor.com) and I'll give you more info.
