This is the best thread I've read in a while!!

DD - I want some of them shooting lessons cause, as you recently saw, I can't hit a blackbird in a tree with a .410. :D

When is the next shoot at The Willows?

I don't think I need that much practice to take you old guys out.

If I do, I'll just get my dad to help me, best wingshooter I've ever seen. :)

Fellows, I did not say I was going to buy a 10 gauge for me to shoot ducks and geese.
Strickly sporting clays

Greenhead,
All kidden aside, I wish you would take up sporting clays, 90% of the people that shoot clays are good folks, people you would enjoy being around and learn from. The sport can always use another good sport.

If you would come up to the Willows I would sponsor you for 100 rounds!!!
The other 14,900 are on you

Yes GC you come on too!!

Time to put my MSU education to use:

15,000/25 = 600 boxes/yr

600 X $5.00/avg box = $3,000

No way in hell i'm spending $3,000/yr on shells, nope, not gonna do it, no way.

Bobblehead22: You can reload for $2.50 a box (or less). So, that cut yer costs in half. You spend that much a year on Skoal and trashy women! You got no excuse. Not to be outdone, if DD (who invented copper wire fighting over a penny) will comp you the round, I will pick up yer first 100 shells.

No, he's comp the first 100 rounds for me, not you.

I wouldn't fool with the reloading, don't have that much free time and patience.

Never dipped before, and I'm never seen with trashy women. When it comes to love it's all greek to me.

Plus when I shoot, only 3 3/4 dr, 1 1/4 oz shells go in my gun.

and quit calling me bobblehead or.........

Somehow, I feel pretty sure that there is not one correct statement in the post above......

GH22 if you are good enough to "put me down" then you might luck up and win. Most time they give you cash. Last big Tournament I won it was just enough money to put a new transmission in my wifes ride.

If you are a poor country boy like me, it's either win or you can't eat.

I have a BPS and LOVE IT!!!!! It has never failed me, and I wouldn't trade it for any other gun. Not even one of those SBE's that GC loves so dearly. :D If I had the money I might buy one of those rem auto 10's cause they are awesome. Shot one about 3 weeks ago and loved it too.
Throw away those Wal-Mart calls and go get you a Rich-N-Tone!

Mallardchaser may be able to recover the BPS 10 guage that they took out of his truck when they stole his 4wheeler. They may have recovered it too. It's probably been modified to a 10" barrell so the choke should be just right for miss-free sporting clays!
