What about it Lilham I am glad to see some panola county people getting on msducks. I would like to see a get together or a hunt. If the ducks get here i will go.

I used Lee's last year. I had to send the deer with someone else and have them pick it up because it was so far for me, but the j&c summer sausage is awesome, I have never had any better. It is such a freakin hassle though

Tony's ---No J&C Sausage advertised, if you carry the J&C they will put it in, but I do not recommend. Ground Meat Good in Chili,etc., for hamburger, just ok, needs more fat. Just depends on your use. Tony does great on tenderized steaks, and makes a good cajun sausage, but sausage does not compare to dinos or vans

Thanks. Thanks to all of yall for the info. I am gonna take one to them and give it a try. I used lee's in byram last yr (i think) for j&c and it was awesome. I may try to con my dad into taking some up to Dino's for me, since he lives up there. I gotta have some more of that stuff
