worse than mahanna in what regard?
PS has fewer people, and you can take a 4 wheeler just about anywhere....that is, if you dare....the ruts in that place are over your head, and the mud will stick to you for months, or years, or even for life....DO NOT attempt to drive through a rut that you dont know the depth of....you can take boats too....i dont see how, but i guess you can....
im telling you dude, it is a mother, and beat you like a little beaatch if you dont watch out....it is what it says it is....a swamp.....
I would suggest some heavy scouting first, and watch out for the deer hunters...
I think Jimmy Hoffa could be buried there....
but good hunting if you can find a spot...

ive been in the swamp for the past 3 weeks scouting and its just not hold ing birds like its suppossed to. and like skeeter said, you need to scout it hard and bring a bad 4wheeler. its the worst place i have ever even attemped to hunt ducks at. you will be absolutely lucky to even find a decent wood duck shoot in that place right now
