I would try the Rage expandables. I am fixing to switch to them. I have always used thunderheads but after seeing the entry and exit holes with the Rage I am ready to try them.

I shoot Rocket Steelheads. They are expandables that i haven't been able to tear up for 3 or 4 years....haven't broken a blade yet.

if you want fixed blades: Montecs

or

expandable: Rages

Montecs are really durable and fly great!

I will admit i broke down and tried the rage broadheads this past weekend and i will also admit that they leave the biggest entrance wound i have ever seen. My only complaint is that 2 of the 3 blades were shot to hell and back and couldnt be reused.

Ive shot many, I am currently using the Viper Venom which is in the Crimson Talon Family and I can say it is one awesome broadhead. Not sure if they even make the Vipers anymore. However one broadhead you cant go wrong with is a Wasp Hammer SST.

my 2 cents

I know some not to shoot, Muzzy. If you decide to I have some I will give you. I personally dont like them.
