Big Tunica Buck!

Postby tripletail » Mon Nov 20, 2006 5:28 pm

I took these pics earlier of Vic Shivers big 9 point killed this moring on Moon Lake near Tunica. The deer scored 163 3/8. The right G-3 was 4" so this is basically a 160 class 8 point!! He was following a doe. We had a heckuva time getting this dude on the makeshift skinning rope. Vic is a big boy and this deer was waaay bigger than him.

I have heard about the deer. Glad to finally see pics. Some one on the other site killed a 130 inch off texas island. he told me about this deer.

$3000 for bowhnting only is sure starting to look appealing. Heck, i border it on the south and I have never seen a deer like that on that little club.

Chop, can you get us some dogs. I will drop them up north and you and I can wait on our property line :D

congratulations to Vic. That is a deer of a lifetime. Awesome!

I am a friend of vic's and let me tell you, he has a gold horseshoe somewhere. That is the 4th buck that he has killed in the last 2 years that will score over 140.
