I've contacted Columbia twice over the past eight years and they have replaced two parkas without any questions at all! Excellent folks Ma Boyle and the boys! Now if you can send back an item worth approx. $300 without a receipt, you certainly ought to be able to send back something worth $20, or you should expect something worth $20 to be just that, worth $20.

I left them in the box all summer, took them out of the box they looked fine, put 2 coats of clear coat on them, cause their "history" .strung them up and bagged them last week.decided to take 3 out and make a jerk string.and the durn things done started chipping !!!I'll be at avery store tomorrow. sure hope they replace them.
I know that some of u guys have had this problem in the past,is there anything that can be done to prevent the chipping? or just don't buy ghg decoys, deal or not.
Have you tried sending a PM to Chris Smith on here? He works for Avery in Memphis.

Some types of automotive clear will make paint "LIFT". It might be the clear and not the paint itself.

In his second post it says that he spoke to Chris from Avery. To sum it up, Chris said "sorry about your luck!"
