I went last year with another guy that got picked for the last Saturday in Dec. We had never been out there before. You have a draw for the spots and the guy leads you out to where your suppose to hunt. Have to have a 4 wheeler to get your stuff out there. However, the guy leading us out couldn't figure where he was and got lost. Just told us to head that way for where we were suppose to hunt. Nothing is marked out there. It was a cluster f***. Total waste of time and I had to buy a WMA permit for that one day I went out there. I complained to the manager about how things were being run out there so maybe some improvements have happened around there. Good Luck and keep your sense of humor.

It has alot of ducks out there but I agree it is very unorganized and setting up is key there just like anywhere. We had a problem because we got out there too late cuz of the guy takin us around and couldn't find a good spot to set up. Maybe it is better but saw a lot of ducks.

i got drawn and went a few times with friends when i went to MS State. After you shoot a few times, all the birds get up and leave. we shot a few teal one day, but that was it. some of the hole are so deep around the edges that you cant walk to where the ducks are. oh yea you better have a four wheeler to!
