HELP!!!!!!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!

ok its not that important,however when I am at a friends house on thier puter I can get to the INDEX page.....but when I click on a forum to enter and view topics it brings me back to the index page.....I thought it may have something to do with not being logged in so I clicked to log in and the samething happens.....now keep in mind this is the only puter it does this on :? :?


also I have a friend that is trying to register as a new user and he gets the email with the password thing and he goes to complete the process something happens and it will not register him

The first scenario will require the deletion of your cookies and cache. I have no idea about the registration.
