there are plenty of ducks around drew. i'm hunting a place that backs up to mallard manor this year and it is already holding ducks. my family is from just down the road in ruleville and i can attest to the number of ducks in the area. fighting bayou holds a lot of ducks in the area, it's the lowest point in the delta, so its the first to flood last drain, ducks have learned this through the ions, so drew benefits directly

If you auburn boys wanna do some good coot shooting come on over to Mississippi. If you want to kill ducks go to arkansas. we can do without alabama boys in the delta. Unless your comming for the football game which i might say could get ugly pretty quickly!!!!

I grew up in Drew. Some of the best duck hunting in the country. I still go back to this day and hunt close to there.

It was ugly all right. Pretty ugly for the alleged #6 team in the nation barely managing to squeak by a 2 win team. But hey, I am sure Tubby will claim the officials cheated him, like always!

Earlier this year the Governors office supported the above proclaimation. This was driven by the Drew Chamber of Commerce with its limited resources. The Chamber relied on facts - ducks. See this website:

http://www.sixshooterlandandtimber.com

Drew is located within 15 minutes of this club, Fighting Bayou and Mallard Manor.

Good food can be found at Main St Deli in Drew and Robinsons Gun and Ammo has stamps and plenty of ammo when you run out.
