Killed my second buck with a bow this evening at about 5:15. I heard him grunt and I grunted back. Ten minutes later he came out with a spike. I figure he will go in the Non-Typical Pope & Chop category :D

He grossed at 83 6/8, but after all of the deductions he netted 62 7/8 :lol:

75 with the guts out. Prolly between 97 and 100 on the hoof. That's a BIG doe in suburban Washington.

Sat eve 120lb slick. Sun eve little far back shot good blood then the rain started.Went back this morn combed the woods to find nota. Hate it but it happens. Cotes gota eat too. Should have another soon as the rain stops.

Been hunting a different spot. Stocking up on some meat. I'll get back on him he ain't going anywhere. Hate the bad shot but chit happens sometime.Thats only the second on i have lost ever. Still bad feeling.

Late shot cliped alimb chit happens. But 2 for 3 in 5 hunts I think i got a good average.Stuck this 108 lbs slick yesterday eve. 33 yds right in the pumper ran 25yds fell dead right in the middle of the logging rd.
