GH22, Wildfowler, MSdukdog and son, and myself met up for a dove hunt this am at gh22's lease. While the birds were not as plentiful as we'd of liked, it was fun to meet some more msducks guy's. As usual they were good guy's. I look forward to the next msducks get together..

I really appreciated having you all coming down to hunt. I really have no idea what happened to the birds that I was seeing Thursday and Friday. I went and check the field behind our's this morning, counted 5 doves, so I guess they left the area for some reason. Hopefully I'll get some ducks and put you all on some. Also thanks to Webfoot, MC, and Don Miller for letting me help out at the Delta Waterfowl booth, I really enjoyed it.

I don't know about you guys but my son Chris couldn't have shot anymore than that. He had plenty of birds to aim in the direction of as well. We had a great time, not only the hospitality of GH22 but meeting the others on the forum as well.
Thanks Jeff for making a fun father son outing weekend.
We also had the opportunity of catching up with a next door neighbor of mine where I grew up in Southern Utah. He is a doctor in Greenwood now and I hadn't seen him and his family in over 20 years. Small world when three (his brother is a doctor in Jackson) Southern Utah boys can end up in Hernando, Greenwood and Jackson.
