If the score is low, MSU has a chance.

I'm pulling for State, but won't lose any sleep if they lose by 1 or 101.

REGARDLESS, it is great to college football back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Henig's done for the season, from what I can tell. Look for Conner to come back into the QB fold now. Rutland will be good, but not right now.

You could tell Henig was hurting after that hit on the shoulder. Once again the dawgs are showing no signs of life on offense but..........the D is looking pretty good. I dunno doc..........SC better do something major if they're gonna take Culberson outta the game, he's looking pretty good, rattled smelley and mitchell big time.

I'm not sure if we saw 2 great defenses or 2 miserable offenses out there tonight...or 1 of each....

MSU looks to have some pretty good backs...and Rutland will be the guy (trust me they don't want Conner under center anymore)...with a week of practice he will be passable, and at least he's mobile...because MSU was getting OWNED at the LOS...there O-Line is not where it needs to be. However, I do believe their defense is very solid, some of the best LB's in the SEC.

As for So. Carolina...I expect to see the same gameplan next Saturday when they play UGA...the only question will be "can UGA make them play the pass" I also imagine that we'll see a little more "wide open" gameplan on offense.... SOS hates UGA and they'll pull out all the stops....

Honestly though...this MSU team looks like the same team Croom fielded last year...and So. Car. looks pretty similar as well, no earth shattering improvements on either teams, Spurrier must be playing too much golf....
