DMAC in Full Pads

Postby big gumbo » Tue Aug 29, 2006 7:54 pm

Did so on Sun and again today. Status being down played, he says hes good to go, Nutt says Vandy. The kid played three games with a broke arm in highschool in the playoffs before he told coach after they got beat, he must have a high threshold for pain, that and cortizone. :D

Dick goes the distance for the second practice in a row. Becoming viable backup in case RoJo implodes.

Ark/ Usc line down to 71/2 in Vegas, supposedly lots of books spied practice when it was open and they like our defense.

Still USC35, Ark 24 in my book.

May all the SEC teams win this weekend.

Good to hear he's on his way back. Definitely would like to see the Arkies compete on Saturday night.

You know, Eddie George had a big toe injury at the latter stages of his career. I couldn't for the life of me understand why the Titan's Offensive line would create monster holes and Eddie would break through the line and still only get 4-6 yards, due to tripping and stumbling. I heard their play-by-play guy on a talk show this summer speaking about it and he said it was due to his toe injury from several years ago. Made sense to me.

As funny as it may sound, a big toe injury to a skill player is about as bad as a knee.

I do hope that Arkansas not only plays well but wins. I just have a bad feeling about this game for the Hogs.

USC is good. However, Texas was good a few years ago when UA pulled it out.

What time is kickoff and what channel is covering the game?
