Is it just a waxed bill, or the entire hat waxed. I'm in if the entire hat is waxed cotton.

From the description i have of the hat it is a waxed canvas. I am thinking it is the entire hat.

In the camo there are a few choices as far as pattern.

What type of Closure? Velcro? Plastic Snap? Tuck Strap?
The kinda closure you pick will depend on the Patterns.

As far as the getting the mallard digitized you are looking at probally over a $100 or more dollars.

I was thinking about just an outline of the flying mallard. That would help keep the cost down. I think that would look the best especially on the camo hats. Maybe a duck call and a mallard if you go with the outline.

I also could try and find a mallard already done and create a design.

Also of there is alot of interest we could possibly do both waxed and camo.
