CCD, I have used 1"pvc as a frame and used and old green army parachute to cover it. Paint the 'chute with black and tan flat spray paint to your liking. Cut holes for yourself and another hunting partner in the top so you can see out without exposing too much of yourself. Cut a smaller "door" on the side for a dog door. I tied the 'chute to the frame using electrical "zip" ties. The only problem I've had is I can't figure a way to make the thing collapsable for transport to the water and then to a hole. In other words, when you put it on the boat, its already up and ready to use. Hope this helps.

ccd, I've tried to fashion some sort of U brackets, one attached to the boat seats at the bottom and the other to the frame at the top. The U has two holes in the sides, one to hinge on and one to slide a pin through to make the thing stand up. I'm still working on the design, but I think it might work. There needs to be four per side, two on the bottom and two on the top. Anyway, if you think of something better, let me know. I'm always open to suggestions.
