Mississippi Dove Hunt

I am thinking hard about coming up to North Mississippi to hunt at our family reunion dove hunt. My Uncle says that he has the best sunflower filed that he has ever had and has already been counting good numbers in the morning and evening. Question for ya'll:
When the hell does the season open?? time, date, etc.??? I have heard mixed things.
