If you got delta farm land that you want to convert to delta duck holes, who do you call?

I know DU will help with everything but the cost of the dirt work. Are there other groups, as well?

Is one better than the other?

My brother does alot of land forming. He said alot of farmers are having 5 to 7 acres of land put on a zero grade. Putting a pit in the center and trying to lease them out for duck holes for $3 to $5000. That is not bad income for 5 acres.
