Man I'm to old for all of that mess I had everyone in my phone book calling me durring the game and they know I don't answer it durring the game so why they were calling who knows but I guess I got to start calling them all back now. But its the same old story we left to many men on base(12) and we had the bases loaded 3 times with 1 out and all we get out of it was 1 run! but hey a win is a win and now we pack up and go to Alabama

I know we are leaving alot of people on base.....but we are getting some clutch hitting. I can think of 3-4 games this year, that last year we would have found a way to lose.......this year, they are finding a way yo win. 2 out of 3 at Alex Box, I like it!

your exactly right stich but look back to the 2nd and 3rd innings when we had the bases loaded with 1 out and we didn't score a run! now that could have lost us the game easy. I am going to watch practice tomorrow so I'll give ya an update

Good series. Bulldogs got the hits when they needed. Blew us out on Friday and was two good games on Saturday and Sunday. I was at the Saturday with my dad and had a great time. Like I said, LSU is inconsistent. Case in point yesterday, man on first base gits picked off in the bottom of the eighth by the catcher because he was walking back to the base. Next guy doubles and the guy from first would have scored as he is pretty fast. Give State credit for coming to the Box and taking the series.

P.S. I hope Smoke is gone after this season.

Your right Bourbon it was a good series with 2 good teams playing, yall will come around before to long you are just a few clutch hits away. As for Smoke he better get it togethor quick or he s gone for sure b/c LSU is a Nationaly known Baseball team and they aren't gonna put up with his crap

Good games, and of course I enjoyed the outcome. I do feel for you Bourbon. I see where a hot South Carolina team is heading your way next. Never have liked them. Hope LSU sweeps.
