I wonder what this has on the effect of our upcoming dove season. Is it safe to eat our harvest of dove?

I wonder the same thing. Can theses birds be carrying the West Nile, and even after they are cooked be able to pass the disease to us? That question needs to be answered in the next couple of weeks.
