Can't wait to try the baconburger and fresh sausage. The hamburger looks real good too, and I'm droppin 20lbs off at Tony's Monday ta have tamales made. Emmmmmmmmmm!!!

This is where I screwed up. Having never used them, I didn't know if they were really any good, so I decided ta go heavy on the burger, and only had 10lbs of smoked and 10lbs of fresh sausage made. The upside is that I still have about 80 - 100lbs of hind quarters in the freezer, so when the sausage runs out, I can have more made.rjohnson wrote:I agree w/ ya. Have 60 lbs of sausage in the freezer.
When I dropped it off, the guy said it would be 2 - 3wks before it was ready. I wasn't in a hurry, so it didn't matter, but he called me less than a week later and said my order was ready, so I'm gonna give em two thumbs up in the time catagory too!rjohnson wrote:Mighty fine and real quick.
