Deer processing
I had a good experience with Mean Mallard , but the bottom musta fell out. Everyone that I reccomended them to wants to kick my booty. I have seen what they have gone through and seen and smelled (gag) their finished product and I will never use Mean Mallard again.

Channellcat, you are going to have to find someone who doesn't know you to give that rotten mess to. I would give it back to MM if I had to leave it hid somewhere in their store, such as a pair of boots, coat pocket, etc.... They will eventuall find it. That is if after talking to them about your problem you don't get any satisfaction.

A co-worker complained to MM today about the same problem I had (rotten smelling meat)... Get this, they told him they would either give him his money back, or replace his bad deer meat. What does that tell you??? Replaceing his bad deer meat would result in shorting someone else's meat.... Give me a break....
FINALLY got my meat yesterday....
All was well; no bad smells or anything. But still took WAY to long to get back, customer overload or not.
Will likely use another processer next year, unless Huntsober can guarantee this won't have again....
