Do you like good music?

Wingman, had a great experience this summer when I took my 16 year old daughter and a couple of her friends to Goodstock, a three day, campout, Christian music festival here in GA. Had a bunch of prominent bands that played all day and all night. We're not talking about wimp music either; it was good ole rock and roll, my friend. My favorite was Skillet from Memphis. Had a great time watching thousands of kids having a large time and getting the message. Hope you go home as charged up as I was afterwards!

By the way, the title of your post, "Do you like good music?" begs an answer..."That sweet soul music, oh yeah! Do you like James Brown, y'all? He's the king of them all, y'all. Oh yeah, Oh yeah!"

Used to could hear that song playing from the beer joint, Lin-Lou's, at four points in Yazoo City...while I was parking with my latest flame up the hill at the Boy Scout camp. If I could just go back one more time....! Glory days, man, glory days!

Glory days? Now I didn't know you liked the Boss!
Yeah, the title to that post was from that song
Naw, these guys ain't your Sandy Patty like my mom and the rest of the choir listens to. This is good stuff. These guys compare to anybody on the regular radio. Shoot, the band Third Day is as good if not better than Creed, they just don't get played on regular radio.
Caedmon's Call is the band I want to see Saturday night...since we will be at the Extravaganza all day, we're gonna slip over to the Ross Barnett and listen to some good music under the stars.
Y'all come on out.
