Duck Guide Needed

Postby Hammer » Wed Jul 24, 2002 5:47 pm

This could be considered commercial in nature...If so, apologies in advance and please delete it from the board...

I'm thinking about getting back into duck outfitting in the Yazoo City area but wont do it unless I can find a couple of solid guides to work with me....

Guiding experience is preferred but not required provided a fella has a good attitude and is an experienced duck hunter whom enjoys sharing the beauty of our sport with less experienced hunters primarily from Alabama, Georgia and Florida...

I dont allow my guides to carry a gun during our hunts so this is not a chance for a hardcore duck killer to get in on some good hunting but if you live in the Yazoo City area, have a good dog and enjoy taking guys hunting, get in touch with me by sending me an email or posting your phone number in this line and I will call you.

Shoot, them Yankee boys will surprise you with how good they can shoot. I've seen some New Yorkers that can hit a runnin' rabbit with a two dollar pistol. How you think they catch a cab up there anyway?

Yankees? I wouldn't take a Yankee duck hunting for love or money! My clients are good old boys from Southern states that just dont have the ducks we have...Back home they will hunt all day just to kill a mallard or two and a couple of woodies...Some of them hunt every weekend and might kill 20 ducks a season...They just dont have many birds in their area so they come to where the birds (normally) are.
