How many of you ever got a triple?

I somehow managed to get a triple on three gadwalls last weekend...three separate shots three separate kills. Five came in and my son's friend shot one and a bush kept him from shooting more. They came out on my side of the bush and bam, bam, bam...three more down. I've never done it and wondered how many of you have? Kinda freaked us all out there for a minute.

I've tripled several times this season. I even killed 4 in 3 shots earlier in the season. And NO.....they weren't shot on the water. :lol:

No not yet but I did kill 9 geese one time with 3 shots. They were right off a ditch got in and did the sneak. Took some friends back the next day did the same thing. We had birds everywhere.

I had a bro shoot a scaup duck and catch it out of the air while walking down a levy earlier this season. Right in front of me.
I don't know why, but them there ducks gotta die.

I have knocked down a few triples (with an O/U). More impressive to me is when four guys are hunting together and eight birds come in and none leave.
I did see the old man go to work on some coots one time(when he could still see). He was not ground pounding. The birds were being pushed out of a large lake 1/4 mile away and they poured over in a massive flock. 19 in 3 shots outta the air. My brother and I were two young to shoot at the time, but we had a blast chasing those suckers down.

I killed five teal in three shots once.
When it come's to duck calling and duck killing its the indian not the arrow!

Seen my momma shoot and kill 9 flying chukar with 1 shot...I didnt get a shot as she had killed most of the covey...darndest thing I ever saw with my own eyes 8) 8) 8) Congrats on sum fine shootin' :wink:
