Who's been Fishing ???

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck on the water lately. Was up around Chotard this weekend and it seemed like everyone that owned a boat was there. The word was that the brim were biting good. As luck would have it, I made a long trip on up the river to fish a roadbed and ended up spending most of the day trying to get a motor to do right. Anyway, I was just going to see if anyone had any better luck than I did.

the fish are slow in north ms, bass have moved out to the humps, caught a few but they were small

I caught 12 crappie Saturday and 3 on Sunday at the Res in Jackson.

ditto chance's remarks....the keeper size were not as eager to take a minnow as the smaller ones were, but still made for a fun morning......mmmmmmm they sure were tasty!

Trolling for crappie at Arkabutla has been great. Lotta short fish but catching enough big fish to make a great day.
